My services are free to clients (aside from commercial and private financing). Upon successful closing of your file, my services are paid for by the lender I've placed you with. This means that I will be there with you throughout your entire journey, from pre-approval to closing day, helping you to find a mortgage that suits your needs and lifestyle.

PRE-APPROVAL
Are you just getting started thinking about buying a new home and aren't sure where to begin? Why not start by finding out what mortgage amount you are likely to be pre-approved for. This helps you have an idea of the price range you should be looking in when it's time to meet with your Realtor and go house hunting.
CONSTRUCTION
If you’re interested in building your dream home, I have access to construction mortgages! Unlike regular purchase mortgages where the funds are released on closing, the funds for construction mortgages are released in stages. This allows you to finance your project along the way and make your dream home a reality.
PURCHASE
From your first home to your forever home, I’m able to assist with your financing every step of the way. With access to over 30 lenders, government incentives and insurer products, such as the Purchase Plus Improvement Program, I am a knowledgeable resource who tailors solutions to fit your current financial situation and dreams for the future.

With experience in diverse commercial portfolios, I’m here to support you with your next purchase or refinance.
